The space

This large 4-bedroom family holiday home is perfect for your next family retreat. On the top floor, the master bedroom houses a queen-size bed featuring a large ceiling fan as well as a split air conditioning/heating system. Enjoy the luxurious large en suite bathroom with standalone bath, seperate shower and toilet; and its own walk-in wardrobe for ultimate luxury and comfort. The theatre room is also upstairs with twinkle light black ceiling; block out curtains and a projector screen for enjoying those magical movie nights. The split air conditioning/heating system also ensures ultimate comfort.

On the ground floor, the home boasts a sleek modern kitchen featuring a convenient walk-in pantry. The two lounge areas offer plenty of room for the whole family and relaxation. The three bedrooms on this level all feature ducted air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans and shutter blinds, providing an excellent environment for restful sleep. All the bedrooms feature queen-size beds. There's a modern full bathroom with a seperate bath, shower and toilet with double vanity. The modern laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer, with a separate entrance leading to the backyard and outdoor shower. For your little ones - we provide a highchair, portacot, kids tableware, toys and books.

This property boasts an awesome pool. Due to environmental factors such as the weather, leaf debris may occasionally be found in the pool, a pool scoop is available for your convenience to help remove any debris. Additionally, guests may be contacted during their stay to schedule pool servicing so as to maintain regular upkeep. This pool will be tended to by a professional contractor every four weeks to ensure that it remains in pristine condition.

Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidents or falls, whether from the deck, the in ground trampoline or any other elevated areas within the property.

Lastly, for your peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced for safety purposes, and guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines and rules provided by the host. Supervision is required at all times, particularly for children and non-swimmers, to ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool area responsibly and safely.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
