The space

Enjoy this central family getaway with four beautiful bedrooms, close to beaches, cafes, and shops; and a short drive to Perth city. The bright, open-plan layout across two levels offers plenty of space to relax, with large sliding doors bringing in natural light. The ground floor features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a scullery, perfect for preparing meals at home. Enjoy dining at the kitchen island, the eight-seater table, or relax in the lounge with a movie. For outdoor dining, open the glass doors to the undercover patio, where a table and extra seating await in a peaceful, leafy setting. There is a ground floor fourth bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, and private outdoor access. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, private lounge with a sofa and TV, walk-in dressing room, ensuite full bathroom with double basins, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk, while the third offers a double bed and a workspace. An upstairs kitchenette with a mini fridge and sink is also available alongside the ideal workspace with desk and monitor. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, floating vanity, and a relaxing bathtub, with essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer provided.
